Cancellation Policy - When booking it is required to have a debt/credit card on file. A 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee for the entire service if appointments are cancelled/ rescheduled after the 24hrs. Late Policy/ Grace Policy - There is a 5 minute grace period, and after that 5 minutes the client will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If it does not get paid the client will be put on the banned list until the payment is made. No call/No show Policy - No shows will be charged 100% of the entire service. One no show will get the client put on the banned list. The client will have 24hrs to pay the fee, failure to do so client will be immediately banned. **Menstrual Cycle Policy: Upon booking please understand, I wax clients on menstrual cycles. Please have a clean tampon and/or menstrual cup. Cancellation policy still applies if client cancels after the 24 hr notice.
